Kentinada Posted September 19, 2023 Posted September 19, 2023 I routinely get on my iPhone from the UD Mobile app, a report that my UD Portal has gone offline. It's usually around 4am. Then a couple minutes later, I get a message saying it's back online. Is this normal?

I apparently made the wrong assumption that is was normal.
