I routinely get on my iPhone from the UD Mobile app, a report that my UD Portal has gone offline.  It's usually around 4am. Then a couple minutes later, I get a message saying it's back online.  Is this normal?

I have been getting the same thing for a long time now. I apparently made the wrong assumption that is was normal.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
