zmatter no longer has any of the zooz z700 controls for my. I went from detecting an entry code and unlock to just see the status and battery. it dose give me v1 alarm type but dose not change no matter what I do. the log file shows the door sending information but it says unrecognized. also my firstaleart combo smoke alarm has lost its functions

Here are a few things you can try before opening a support ticket with UD. Restart the admin console after trying each one.

To find nodes ZWave devices should have:

Right+click on one of the Schlage nodes, select "X-Ray", a window will open

Do "DH Command Classes" GO

Do the same for "Device/Channel Database Object"

 

If you are missing nodes then:

Zwave - Synchronize - Update with Interview - restart admin console

and

Zwave - Synchronize - Update (no Interview) and restarted the admin console.

 

 

Thanks for the replay. I tried that and it didn't change anything, but before I file for a ticket I remember that this lock will not allow you to include it into the system unless you are within 10ft of the controller, So some time this week I will pull the lock and try it again with it next to the eisy. maybe for the Synchronize with interview also has to be within 10ft to work. This is a function of the lock

I have seen other Zwave modules with a similar must be with in 10 feet for Include to work.
