So, bad thing is PLM doesn't connect.  I'm doing first level diags.  Mmmm.

In the admin console Configuration tab, have you checked Insteon support and rebooted?

If the PLM is not connecting, it is either defective or there is a cabling issue.

Is the green light on the PLM?

Did you purchase a USB PLM for moving to eisy or did you move a serial PLM?

If you are using a serial PLM, a converter cable is required. If you are already using a converter cable, the cable might be defective.

    Verify the PLM is powered on and completely booted. Before you start the eisy. So it is found when it is started up.
