Add support for Insteon 220v

I would like to request that the ISY add support for:

 

SwitchLinc 220V - INSTEON Remote Control 220V Switch Kit in Weatherproof Enclosure

 

It works fine and responds to all the programs I've written so I don't know why it says

Unsupported Device:2.25

What firmware level are you on? Is this a relay or a dimmer? Is the model number 2494S220?

I am on firmware 2.7.14

We do have support for 2494S220; the only problem is that we expect a sub category of 24 (0x18) and not 25 (0x19).

 

We have to contact SH to figure out which one is correct. In the meantime, you can use the device from the drop down list (as it should be listed).

How do I change the device type once its already linked?

Unfortunately you cannot unless you remove and add back in. I heard back from SH and apparently this device has Beep feature ... we may add it in our official release.
