JSchumann Posted October 20, 2023 Posted October 20, 2023 In UD Mobile (I just transitioned to EISY from ISY), I click on a node server - installed plugins (Notification) and I get Could not get Custom. Client is null. 500 Then I get Could not get Node Servers. Client is null. 500 Any idea what these are? Thanks, John

Javi Posted October 22, 2023 Posted October 22, 2023 Please open a ticket and include your system's UUID so that we can do a remote diagnostic. I'll add you UUID to our diagnostic portal then give you instructions to approve diagnostic request.
