ELK connection to Router question

I have an ELK M1 Gold set up with network module and static IP.

When I go to my Router it has a page that lists all connections.  When I pull that up The ELK isn't there. But after about 15 to 20 seconds it pops up.  So I have some questions:

1. What speed does the ELC connect?  I have an orange light so that indicates 100mbps.  I tried a different cable, same result.

2. Does the ELK Module use WOL (Causing the delay to show up in the router)?

3. I get messages on UD mobile when ELK disconnects, so I don't think it is disconnecting and reconnecting on it's own.
