CandC Posted October 30, 2023 Posted October 30, 2023 I am using an IP blocklist on my edge router. When the list is active and I am using my Android phone at home over WIFI, UD mobile does not connect properly. Before trashing my IP blocklist, can you provide an IP whitelist I might try?
Solution Javi Posted October 30, 2023 Solution Posted October 30, 2023 Any sub domain at isy.io so *.isy.io It is very likley there is another issue, please got to Settings > Systems > Your system. Press Test Remote Connection, then post a screenshot of the error message. Be sure there is no personal info shown in the screen shot. If you get an error saying your are on a local connection, then expand local connection settings then press the Test Local Connection button, then post a screenshot of any errors.
CandC Posted October 31, 2023 Author Posted October 31, 2023 Test is successful but the individual status indicators are missing: I can still query the device and control the device from that panel but status icon is still missing or unresponsive. This condition is true for WIFI and cell phone connection
CandC Posted October 31, 2023 Author Posted October 31, 2023 I can work around it by disabling two of my blocklists: debl (fail2ban IP blocklist) and doh (public DoH-Provider)
