Notification Node Server startup errors

Well I'm not sure what I did but I did something that now causes my Notification Node Server to fail on restart.  I'm attaching the debug log so hopefully someone who knows this better can help.  I really didn't think this would be so difficult.  Thanks for the help.

I deleted and reinstalled and the error went away.
