cpamario Posted January 9 Posted January 9 I recently migrated from ISY with Agave Mobile to EISY with UD Mobile. All of my devices displayed fine with ISY and Agave Mobile. All of my devices transferred over within the UD Admin Console. When it comes to the UD Mobile, all of my devices display fine except for one which is an Insteon 2450 IO Linc. It does show up in the ISY Portal online and in Alexa. Don't understand why this device won't show up in UD Mobile, even after refreshing UD Mobile. You can see in the attached screenshot how it is present in the UD Admin Console but not in UD Mobile. Any suggestions on what I can try to remedy this?
Javi Posted January 10 Posted January 10 First check if they are hidden, press the edit button at the top, if they show up hit the plus icon then disable edit mode by clicking the edit button.
