dpierre Posted January 13 Share Posted January 13 Happy new year UDI team, Question.... I purchased the YOLINK plugin, but am not seeing it in either the PG dashboard or on the ISY. I do see it as a purchased plugin though. I've rebooted the system and reinstalled all of my current plugins thinking it would appear, no-go. The only thing I haven't done is updated the packages. Thought I'd check with you first. Firmware is 5.8... I know there is a new firmware package out, but saw it wasn't a major upgrade thought I'd hold off. Always get a bunch of water sensor alarms when I update, a little annoying. Any assistance would be appreciated, Dan Link to comment
Solution paulbates Posted January 13 Solution Share Posted January 13 I've recently purchased and installed it on the version prior to 5.8 and it installed as it should and working. So I'm going literally by the steps you listed, I don't see that you did the install step? That would explain the outcome. Install and reboot If that's not it, I would go to the pg3x log, set for debug and look at the entries near the bottom for errors related to yolink. Link to comment
