I am having difficulty accessing my ISY99i. I've tried clearing the Java cache, updating Java version, accessing ISY via all available methods. I've also rebooted ISY. Each time it will fully load the Java, then I will get a Windows box in the upper left hand corner that looks as if it were completely minimized (dash / box / red x) but it will not maximize. The only way I can End the program is to go into Task Manager. I have also tried disabling my firewall completely and it does not help. Thanks!

Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. I am not sure what operating system you have so the best thing to do is to search your computer for file named udi_frame.state and remove it.

 

And I strongly recommend upgrading to 2.7.15 if you have not already done so.

The reason you can't change the window is because the ISY is waiting for you to log in.

 

Type your username, press Tab, password, Tab, Enter. Then you should be able to re-size the window.
