Leak reporting issues

I use wireless tag as my primary leak reporting sensor network ( 6 locations).

Twice now in the past several weeks I have had events where all my wireless tag sensors report a leak simultaneously - and of course the water valve indeed turns the water off.

Anyone else encounter this? Appears to perhaps be some kind of issue with the wireless tag manager.

I guess I can just program around it, but it makes me rethink my continued use of wireless tag for this function.

 

I can’t resolve your issue but to say I abandoned my Wireless Tag platform for Yolink.

    Thanks..That is my choice for replacement leak detection if and when I get there. The rest of my CAO system I will keep..though I am increasingly using Yolink where it makes sense.
