Query Needed in Programs

(you did this in Climacell but I also need weatherbit Query in programs.  THANKS)

So I have a daily weather email I send to family in friends.  Today I noticed the TODAY forecast was yesterdays and Day 1 was today's.

It runs at 9am.

So I went in and confirmed the Day 0 was yesterday still and day 1 was today, Did a query and it updated.

I said, easy fix.  at 8:59 have it do a query and then at 9am have it send the email.

Query is not in programs.  Can you add please?
