EISY can't see my Zooz dongle

Having an issue where my EISY can't see my Zooz dongle. I have Z-wave "on" an see this.

@BAbdallah What firmware are you running?  (Help -> About) 
[If not on IoX 5.8.4 (current as of this post) please update]

Have you attempted a full power cycle? (pressing the power button 6 times should shut down the eisy then you can pull the power, wait 10-20 seconds and plug it back in (with the dongle attached). 

Allow 2-3 minutes for the device to fully boot and stabilize before you open admin console.

If still not seeing it please open a support ticket with UD.

Did you select ZMatter migration at one point?

My brother did and was having the same problem with his Zooz dongle.

A ticket was required and a remote access visit by Chris to repair.

this worked.

 

To change back to Original Z-Wave do the following:

1) From a browser, go to the following URL:

  http://<your_IP_address>:8080/rest/zmatter/zwave/deactivateZMatterZWave

  You should see a "200" in the response

2) Restart IoX
