EISYIR not receiving remote signals reliably

Did this issue ever get resolved?  Last post on this earlier this year was that UD was working on this issue and thought it was an EISY power supply noise issue.  My EISY was purchased in October 2024.  Using FLIRC device/software to address IR commands to EISY.  Logitech Harmony is Remote.  Device commands from Harmony are more reliable than Activity commands.  Polyglot (PG3) config is default.  Harmony device settings are default on repeats (3) and 500ms for both inter-key and inter-device delays.  Pressing key several times can frequently force an event as other users have reported.

I have the EISYIR working most of the time.  But about 25 to 35% of the time, the EISY does not respond to key presses.  However, when creating new IR00x  (IR Button X) in the EISY device page, it works flawlessly.  (Press IR001 creates IR Button A, etc.)  I have tried several Delay in Harmony Device and PG3 settings with no change in reliability of the key presses.  FLIRC responds 100% to key presses but program in UD Admin console seems to be intermittent to key presses.  Event viewer events seem to track reliability.  The ISY994i worked flawlessly on the same system.

So is there a "fix" for this?  Do we know that the Polyglot, EISYIR, is rock solid?

If IR signal is good, when everything works, it will work 100% of the time.

Try one thing: go to settings and change "Release threshold" to 50. Restart and try. If that doesn't work, reach out to me in PM and we will get it working.
