AvRemote fails to install

I installed AvRemote but initially it fails to install. It remains in disconnected state. It did become connected at one point but caused the eisy to display the system busy window over and over again which would go on forever. It worked fine from the main screen but programs would go busy but would not work.

I will take a look. I haven't changed anything for quite some time so possibly some new change in pg3 is causing it.
