drprm1 Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 Got a new smart lock from Yolink. The fingerprint deadbolt YS7616-UC. I realize it’s new and maybe not supported yet but it is classified as a smart lock which I believe is supported? Anyway I’ve done everything to try to get it to show up in AC with no success. dbwarner5 Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 Are you using hte yolinnk plugin? Yolink devices wont show in EISY or the AC as they use their own proprietary long range signal. The plug in is the "interface". You also need a YoLink hub.. Maybe stating the obvious here, but just trying to clarify where to start with trouble shooting. 1 Quote
