It’s time to renew my ISY Portal license. I have purchased a 2 year renewal the last 6 years but I don’t see 2 years as an option this year. Is that right? Is there a 2 year renewal? Thanks. 

Ha Ha, came here to ask the same thing.  I only see the 1 year renewal option.

For the ISY994i, renewals are limited to single years only. That was announced here:

That article says the ISY994 is limited to 1 year but EISY will still have 1 or 2 year renewals.

I’m talking about my EISY renewal, there is only a 1 year renewal option on the dropdown.

Then you should contact UDI and inquire.

That’s what I thought I was doing here as UDI folks frequent these forums. I find no where to contact UD from their website. If someone can point me to a contact page, I’ll go there.
