When I was setting up my ISY994, I changed the userid and password for the Admin account.   I also created a new account.   Now I cannot seem to login into either of those accounts ( locally or remotely).   

If I am physically with the ISY device, is there a way to reset the password for the Admin account??   Once I am in, then I can reset the password for the User account.   But I need GOD priveliges to scrape the house for devices.

Thank you for the response.   I tried to find something like this but was not able.   

Is there any chance that I will lose the work that I have done to date with this reset?   I would hate to have to start again.  Client would not be happy

Yes, I am migrating to a new ISY994i.   I have a lot of devices loaded and I would hate to lose my work to date.  I know I should do a backup and I will as soon as I get control of the box again.

Is the 30 second factory reset button the same as the main reset but you just hold it for a longer period of time?

OK... so it is a factor of how long you hold the button.   THat is all that I needed to know.
