Portal license renewal

Hi guys

Every time I renew I sign up for two years (solely for convenience)

I just received my alert to renew and I only see one year options.
Am I missing something or is the two year option no longer available?

If you use a 994, the only option is 1 year.

It was mentioned several weeks ago that all portal renewals were now one year only.

Thanks for this. My renewal is in a few weeks. If I renew early does it just auto renew on my expiry date or at the time of renewal?

@andrew77

I expect it just extends it. I think there's a history of the last few renewals. It's been a while since I looked at it, but I seem to recall it shows the day you renewed, but then shows that it's active following the current expiration until the next expiration.

I usually renew mine a few weeks before it expires only because I have a reminder in my calendar about 14 days before the expiration date.

I'll renew today. I'm a little under a week away
