bjhanson3 Posted Thursday at 07:25 PM Posted Thursday at 07:25 PM I had to replace my router which required me to redo all of my port forwards for my elk Alarm. I got the M1 XEP reconnected and I’m showing a good connection on the polygot dashboard. However, I’m only showing a single node connection, which is the main elk control controller. I can’t, however remember how to get the 30 other nodes to load. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I also can’t control anything with the UD app related to ELK but I’m assuming that’s because none of the notes are downloaded. Quote
Geddy Posted Thursday at 07:47 PM Posted Thursday at 07:47 PM @bjhanson3 have you attempted to "restart" the plugin? On the details page there should be a restart option. That might help. If a restart doesn't bring the other devices back in maybe change the logging (for this plugin only) option to "debug" then restart the plugin again and allow a few moments for it to settle. Download the log for that plugin only and see if there are any errors. Quote
bjhanson3 Posted Thursday at 07:58 PM Author Posted Thursday at 07:58 PM I’ve done multiple restarts, but I haven’t done it in debug mode so I can give that a try. I seem to remember when it was installed that there was a stepto download the nodes. Since I had to uninstall and reinstall it, it’s kind of like a fresh install so to speak. Right now it’s like it sees the controller, but it’s not aware of any nodes. Quote
DennisC Posted Friday at 12:15 PM Posted Friday at 12:15 PM Take a look at the configuration tab in Polyglot for the Elk plugin and make sure all of the entries match the instructions, including use of the non secure port. Also, you can only have one connection open to Elk at a time. For example, you can not be in ElkRp2 and plugin at same time. 2 Quote
