Yolink skill linking?

Featured Replies

Noticed none of my Amazon spokens were working with Yolink devices. Can control devices using AC as usual. One of my troubleshooting steps was to unlink from Alexa then relink. When I try to relink and enable it says “Unable to link at this time. Try  again later” Tried a few times the last few hours with same results

AC and firmware 5.9.1

Pgx 3.3.18

yolink 1.4.15

Thanks!

I so not believe it is related to the yolink node server.  Linking is between Amazon and yolink app

I figured that since it was updating and responding from AC.

try first "quitting" the Alexa app on the phone by swiping up and killing hte app.

If that doesn't change the linking ability, try to restart your phone and try it again.

From Yolink……

Thank you for contacting Yolink and taking the time to share your concerns with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
As of today, YoLink devices are currently unable to be controlled via Alexa. We've identified this as an issue with the Alexa service, and our team is actively working with Amazon to resolve it as quickly as possible.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

Same problem today...some of the Yolink devices were becoming unresponsive in Alexa app. Unlinked the Yolink Skill and could not get it to relink. Kept getting "Unable to Link at this time". Tried many things from previous posts...none worked.

Thank you for posting Yolink response. I can stop wasting time now.

Didn’t realize how many YoLink devices I have  until they stopped working. I use the “YoLink buttons” exclusively to trigger Alexa routines. I hope they get this skill fixed.

Jelly… I’m having the exact experience 😳😂
