kk6ou Posted Friday at 04:31 PM Posted Friday at 04:31 PM I wonder if anyone has seen this. I have some zwave shades and added them to my EISY and they only go to 53% when I give them the ON command. However if I give them a FADE UP command they go all the way up. I was wondering if there is a work around to this. The reason I want them to work with the ON command is so I can integrate them with Amazon Echo devices. Doug Quote
larryllix Posted Friday at 05:25 PM Posted Friday at 05:25 PM I have a different brand and they have to be calibrated to the top and the bottom before usage. Has that been done before remote controlling them? Quote
Techman Posted Friday at 09:12 PM Posted Friday at 09:12 PM What brand are the shade motors What type of interface are you using between the eisy and the shade motors Quote
kk6ou Posted yesterday at 05:11 AM Author Posted yesterday at 05:11 AM They are Graber shades. I'm using them with the ZWave module in the EISY and the UD portal in my Android phone. I've never heard of calibrating them. That may have been by the installer. I have a remote that came with them and that works fine. How is that done? Thanks for the responses! Quote
Techman Posted yesterday at 06:54 PM Posted yesterday at 06:54 PM @kk6ou The Graber shades use the Somfy motors. What you need to do is set the open and closed positions you want using the remote that came with the shades, you may have to press a button on the shade motors in order to write those positions to the motor memory. Check your documentation. SWF Motorization App and Gateway : Support Center 73's Quote
