GSutherland Posted Tuesday at 01:51 AM Posted Tuesday at 01:51 AM For quite some time I've been getting this high volume every time I make any changes to any of my notes. What the heck does this mean and how do I fix it? Quote
paulbates Posted Tuesday at 11:51 AM Posted Tuesday at 11:51 AM There's a similar post in the past specifically for the Kasa pluggin Asking @Geddy to move this to the Kasa pluggin area so that @Jimbo.Automates will see it 2 Quote
Geddy Posted Tuesday at 01:05 PM Posted Tuesday at 01:05 PM @paulbates moved, but not sure if specifically a Kasa issue since seems to be a PG3 alert. @GSutherland This might be something that UD would need to review if it's happening on more than one plugin. I would suggest starting a support ticket (https://www.universal-devices.com/my-tickets) and supplying PG3 and Kasa logs. Since the logs cycle daily (at midnight) you might need to wait untilt his happens again to capture the log to send to UD. Have you made sure to log out of the PG3 dashboard and close the browser? Also, have you attempted a power cycle of the eisy? Lastly, what version of PG3 are you running (please post actual version number)? Be sure your device is fully updated. 1 Quote
GSutherland Posted yesterday at 05:59 AM Author Posted yesterday at 05:59 AM Hello, I want to give you a couple of screenshots so you can see which version I'm on. Thank you I will be making a ticket when I get a chance. I have power cycle system, and waiting to capture a log Quote
Geddy Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago @GSutherland seems like a ticket might be the best option. Haven't seen other issues related to this other than the link @paulbates posted and that didn't seem to have a resolution either. Please be sure to post back once this is resolved letting us know what might have caused this issue and what UD Support suggested to fix things. 1 Quote
Solution bmercier Posted 18 hours ago Solution Posted 18 hours ago This error message means that it is receiving too many requests from a user interface - either UD Mobile or a web browser. This is tripping the rate limiter. Check the browser log for unusual activity. Check the PG3 log as well. Something might be stuck in a loop somehow. A reboot might be required. 2 Quote
