ctwilliams Posted July 12, 2010 Share Posted July 12, 2010 I have a keypadlinc that has been running fine for a long period. About a month ago I noticed the green 1011 flags next to the entries for that keypadlinc. I tried the right click and write to device as mentioned in this thread: http://forum.universal-devices.com/viewtopic.php?t=4275&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=1011&start=0 And the operation fails with no apparent response to the ISY from the switch (Only the INST-ACK and no INST-SRX). If I try the restore device on the switch it looks like that is successful in that I do not get any errors. However, I see in the log (below) that at the very end it fails. But it did reporgram the switch and the switch seems to work fine, all linked devices turn on and off as they should. I have performed a factory reset on the switch and then performed the restore. Any ideas on how to trouble shoot this one or at least get rid of the 1011 flags? (btw, is there a way to attach a log instead of put it inline? this one is looong) Thanks... Michel Kohanim Posted July 12, 2010 Share Posted July 12, 2010 Hi CT, I do not think the restore is successful .. it's trying to write to the memory location for LED brightness and it fails. Michel Kohanim Posted July 12, 2010 Share Posted July 12, 2010 Hi CT, For some reason, your KPL does not allow LED brightness flags to be set. What you might want to do is to make sure you are not in the batch mode and then try adjusting the LED brightness. Let me know what happens.
