Told my Eisy to upgrade but now I can't connect to it. UD Mobile is saying it is offline. I tried unplugging power and plugging back in to reboot but no luck. What else can I do?

Have you tried accessing the eisy via the admin console

Yeah IoX launcher says not found so can't get to the admin console. I unplugged it and let it sit for a while but no luck. I should have not tried to upgrade since it was working.

What was your firmware version before the update

Clear your java cache, be sure to check all 3 boxes, then download the IoX Launcher from here:

While you wait for UD to get back to you, try a new power supply.

Two useful things to know as you open a ticket:

• Can you see it in your router'sdevice table? If so, can you ping it?

• Be prepared to hook up a keyboard and a hdmi screen if asked to do so.
