December 23, 2025Dec 23 Told my Eisy to upgrade but now I can't connect to it. UD Mobile is saying it is offline. I tried unplugging power and plugging back in to reboot but no luck. What else can I do? Thanks
December 23, 2025Dec 23 Author Yeah IoX launcher says not found so can't get to the admin console. I unplugged it and let it sit for a while but no luck. I should have not tried to upgrade since it was working. Edited December 23, 2025Dec 23 by GregE

December 24, 2025Dec 24 Two useful things to know as you open a ticket:Can you see it in your router'sdevice table? If so, can you ping it?Be prepared to hook up a keyboard and a hdmi screen if asked to do so.
December 24, 2025Dec 24 After clearing your Cache, try to connect to it directly via http://<your eisy ip address>:8080/admin.jnlp This will download an AC shortcut called Admin.jnlp. Clicking on that should take you directly to a sign in screen versus the AC launcher. This will eliminate quite a few of the possible "in-between" issues.However, it sounds like your Eisy may be locked up .
