We have some Z-Wave locks, I had two of them set up on the favorites page.

I go to use them today, and they are missing. I go to Home and they show up with lightbulbs and the lock features are missing. I re-sync ud mobile and they switched back to locks but the favorites are still gone.

All my other favorites are still there. Id try using UDMobile for linking some new insteon devices this week which needs syncs. So I'm not sure if something choked during that time.

More an FYI report, it appears different than the favorites issues others were having.

Actually just noticed I have some ZWave Multi-Sensors and they also disappeared.

do you have a backup of UDM?

I have found that can happen when you make changes to devices.

If you have a recent back up, do a restore, and then a sync and see if they come back.

I don't, they are quite old.

@brockp Bummer.. learned that lesson after losing about 10 favorites like you did. all with custom colors / actions / icons.

Now I do a backup EVERY time I make a change.. Simple enough to do, once you get Into the habit. Using an iPhone, so backups go to my iCloud

Files / Downloads and then occasionally I go in and delete old ones. Probably have 20 in there right now. Files are small so there is minimal impact.

I ran into the same problem. Lost my favorites associated with the my Z-Wave door locks. In addition (as stated in other posts) the Z-Wave lock information no longer shows up in UD Mobile. I ended up creating some programs to monitor the conditions of the Z-Wave locks and translate this information into some state variables for use in UD Mobile Favorites. A bit ugly but this work arounds works.

My zwave device status came back in UDM the other day. Not sure what UDI changed. I also have updated to all the latest. 6.04 via the AC

but this is only true when local.

It is still broken when on a remote connection as is word status vs number inELK items and about ⅓ of my Insteon devices not reporting.

Not worth a work around yet as it used to work, but got broken somewhere with V6.0

I think this was fixed in 6.0.4. If not the profiles database files need to be deleted + reboot which will recreate. If you don't already have an open ticket and issue persists please open one.

@Javi Not fixed. I have a ticket that's been open for two months.. Benoit was the latest to respond a week ago.

I am on 6.04... Remote connections thru UDI DO NOT WORK CORRECTLY. Whether its UDM, the AC or the new Eisy UI.
