Friday at 02:28 AM3 days Hi all,I just found my ring devices not responding as programmed with my Polisy, so logged into PG3 to investigate. I found the ring plugin at 1 rev behind (1.2.6) and a notification stating I needed to initiate authorization. I re-installed the plugin to get to current (1.2.7) but I am finding that the "Authorize" button does nothing.I did go into the log and found an error that I do not understand, and I am not sure if this has anything to do with the authorization issue. The error is as follows:udi_interface.interface ERROR interface:_handleInput: _parseInput: node address 23320864_lt does not exist. {'address': '23320864_lt', 'cmd': 'DON', 'query': {}}@bmercier Is there any known issue with re-authorizing the ring plugin? Thanks for any help!
Friday at 05:01 PM3 days Solution Re-authorizing is exactly the same thing as Authorizing. It may take a few seconds to redirect to the Ring Authorization page, so ne patient when you click. You may want to check the PG3 log for errors when you click. The error you see in the plugin log is not related. It just means that the node exists in IoX but not in PG3. IoX is querying the node, but the plugin does not know about it. I'm not sure what led to the need to re-authorize, but that may recreate that node.

It's possible a browser is blocking the redirect to Ring. When I click on the authenticate button it directly goes to the site for oauth.ring. I'm using Chrome with no blocking on the browser or router. I would attempt with a different browser first to see if that had a different result. If you're sending logs it would be best only for the ring plugin log (NOT the PG3 log). I would suggest you open a support ticket and possibly reference this thread and include a plugin log file. Before pulling the log try this: Switch the log status to debug then press "restart" for the plugin. Allow a few minutes for it to completely start then click on Authenticate. After about 5-10 minutes download the log package for the plugin and attach it to your ticketStart a support ticket here: https://www.universal-devices.com/my-tickets
