4 hours ago4 hr Hello,After MANY years of very reliable ISY994i operation, I've ordered the latest eisy. The 994i still works well, but I don't want to press my luck. I've seen the posts and documents about migrating from polisy to eisy by just doing a backup and restore, and wanted to confirm that pathway works for 9994i -> eisy also. I'm on what I believe is the latest / last firmware for the 994i - 5.3.4. One strange thing. When I do a backup from the admin console, it downloads a .zip file (which contains another .zip file) - but that file is empty. AFTER the download happens, I see a lot of console activity as if a backup was being created. But nothing downloads after that. Am I missing something? Thanks!

I know I don't unzip the backup file - I was just looking in it out of curiosity, and was surprised there were no visible files in the archive, and it was only 34kb.
