Yesterday at 02:34 AM1 day On my PG3 Dashboard, it shows an update available for the Yoink server. But when I click on Update, I get to this screen and no upgrade button. It's been while since I upgraded a plugin but I'm scratching my head right now. Any help would be appreciated. I bought this plugin back in 2024. Thanks!

Along the top menu there is an item that says Purchases. Is Yolink listed as a purchased plugin?
Yesterday at 02:57 AM1 day Author I have tried that menu item several times and it doesn't show any purchases at all. See screen shot. But my ISY Portal shows several plugin purchases. Not sure what is going on.
Yesterday at 12:42 PM1 day Thanks for the screenshot. I think the key to your issue is displayed in the screenshot. Notice it says "getting list of purchases"? To me, that means it is not getting the list and therefore, pg3 doesn't know you have purchased the plugin. There is a shortly of things I would try and if they don't work, I suggest you stop and open a support ticket with UD.Try rebooting, wait about 15 - 20 minutes and try again. Make sure when you log in you use your portal credentials. How are you accessing pg3? Right now, if you are on eisy, the official way to access pg3 is from https://eisy.local or http://eisy.local.Log in to the portal and double check your portal subscription is active and eisy is online.Try running upgrade packages, be sure to wait for the notice to reboot and give ample time before logging in again.
Yesterday at 01:59 PM1 day Author @DennisC thanks. So let's talk about #2 first. I was getting to my PG3 page through the Admin console. I did reboot my EISY and then the purchases showed up again and I was able to update the Yolink plugin. Thanks for that. I also found there was a package update to I'm installing that now. I did get a "Socket timeout" popup but it looks like it's upgrading. We'll see. Hope that message goes away when it's done.
Yesterday at 05:03 PM1 day @Kentinada when your system comes back up you might need to associate your portal account with the PG3 access. I think somebody else went through this the other day with something else.Try accessing PG3 via web browser by this address: http://eisy.local:3000/ (If this doesn't work replace "eisy.local" with the IP of your eisy). Then on the top menu click on "System" then click on "Switch Portal Profile". Log into the portal with the account you've always had (the one you purchased this, and hopefully other, plugins). It's likely that you somehow logged in with a different account or PG3 had forgotten your portal account. It just needs to be re-synched.
Yesterday at 05:26 PM1 day Try accessing PG3 via web browser by this address: http://eisy.local:3000/@Geddy Using the local port 3000 is no longer recommend by UD. When using port 3000, there are certain plugins that disconnect and then reconnect. This happens when trying to access pg3, eisy UI, or UD Mobile (local) when using this port. That is why I suggested using the official method for accessing pg3.I know this from a support ticket on this issue. UD is aware of this and they are working on an alternative, but for now they recommend staying away from port 3000. I believe there are some post that include reply's from UD staff also mentioning this.
Yesterday at 05:40 PM1 day 2 minutes ago, Geddy said:@DennisC thanks for the info. Crazy times!I agree, and unfortunately, while I support UD completely, they have not always been good at disseminating information. For awhile we were being told when a new upgrade was available and what corrections or new additions had been included. Not so much now......
Yesterday at 07:48 PM1 day Author So http://eisy.local:3000/ does not work. My login credentials fail even though I know they're correct. What does work is going to IoX Launcher and picking my EISY name. From there I pick Polyglot V3 (PG3) from the drop down menu and that works. If I use the official way to sign in @DennisC shared about, it takes me to page titled 'eisy-ui' but the login fails with a network error. Getting a little more than confused. But I do have a way to access my PG3 dashboard in the meantime.

But I do have a way to access my PG3 dashboard in the meantime.Does http://eisy.local work?As I posted above, when you use port 3000 (which is no longer recommended) you are using a local port. That means your login credentials are your local credentials, not your portal credentials. If you are using https://eisy.local or http//:eisy.local, sign in with your portal credentials. If you receive a network error, then I suggest going to https://my.isy.io/index.htm and try to login with your portal credentials. If that still doesn't work, or you can login to the portal but not eisy UI with the same credentials using either of the two addresses I posted, then open a support ticket. Note: you could try a reboot first. For your information, UD is moving towards single sign on, meaning all logins will be using the portal credentials. As I said earlier, using port 3000 causes issues with some plugins.
Yesterday at 08:47 PM1 day Author @DennisC so http://eisy.local works - I think. I was able to log in but it didn't take me to my PG3 dashboard. It took me to the main page of the eisy-ui which in my case is totally blank because I've spent no time trying to figure that out and build it up. Is that what I should expect to see?

Not sure what browser you are using, but on Chrome, that's semi circle just before the web address.Once you are in, go to the hamburger menu in upper left corner and select system from the bottom of the page. There you will see the version of IoX. You should be on at least v6.0.4. If not upgrade packages on the same page.Previous version had a bug that required a page refresh to load. There is no longer to set up eisy UI, info should just load. Use the menu to go to pg3, nodes, program status, or settings. Note: you can not edit or create programs from here yet, for that, use admin console.
Yesterday at 09:10 PM1 day Author @DennisC I am on a Mac using Safari - all up to latest versions. When I choose System from the hamburger menu, this is what I get. It looks like everything is up to date. But this is what my eisy-ui loads as: (part of it anyway)Thoughts?Oh never mind, I see you have to go somewhere else from the hamburger menu to see information so I think it's working correctly. I will say this does not work from Safari on my iPad with IOS. I suppose that is expected.

You can click on Home and add what you want to the main page - sorta like favorites. There should be a gear icon in upper right that lets you modify the page.
