In the menu, click "Home".

You will see the gear icon on the right.

Hmmm. Still cannot find the gear icon. Here is my screen shot

I think you have to be on the "Home" page. The page in the screenshot is Home: Nodes. If you click on "Home," it should get you to the screen with the gear and allow you to create tiles.

Clicking on Home just brings up the screen with the nodes. Maybe a Safari issue?

Try the three parallel lines above Home.

The gear is on the far right at the top, right under "Logout"

That worked!
