If that does not work, please open a ticket and I will troubleshoot this with you.
20 hours ago20 hr Maybe that's what's going on with me too? I've been trying to get zigbee working and turned it on last night in configuration rebooted and isy was working . This morning it says 503 can't connect. Portal says can't connect
19 hours ago19 hr Same here… was working a couple hours ago just fine but now is reporting offline (app) and Alexa is reporting it can’t connect obviously.
