Ubiquity UniFi and EISY

Featured Replies

Migrated all my network equipment, cameras, access points and even the phone system to Ubiquity UniFi. Migrated 994i to EISY R2 about six months ago. Anyone know if any of my existing systems will link with EISY? Have the UniFi phone that shows my Protect cameras, Echo Show shows my Ring cameras but have multiple systems that don't talk with each other

Probably not the answer you're looking for, but Home Assistant would likely bring everything together. I've never used it, though. I can imagine local integration working. My guess is UniFi would be pretty locked down for remote app access.

I have all UniFi similar to what you have and love it.

Not sure I understand the issue. There is no functionality to worry about with network equipment or access points. Cameras? They have IP addresses and can be integrated just like anything else. (I also use Unify Controller).

I have not attempted to get cameras into eisy because I do not use it as an interface. I have, however, used the scrypted plugin to add my cameras to HomeKit, which is where I view them. Meantime, they are also recording to my Synology NAS.

I'm sure they could be added to HA, but I don't need that.

So, what, exactly is the problem you are trying to solve.
