13 hours ago13 hr Hi all. This has happened more than once. UD Mobile won't read status of any nodes - even though it says connected from the admin sectiona. It cycles on the "home screen" saying disconnected - attempting to reconnectb. Testing the local connection reports "Cached firmware version may be incorrect *6.0.4), try pressing the search icon next to the Local IP..." Doing that changes the IP to EISY.LOCAL but the issue remains... (The "Cached firmware... " message remains even after clearing the main problem for nodes)c. Testing the remote connection works finee. Same behavior on 2 different IOS devices (iPhone and iPad)Admin Console works fineeisy.local web access works fineI've tried rebooting from eisy.local, Admin Console, UD Mobile, Pulling the plug and waiting for 2 minutes seems the only way to clear this. HELP! ~jimt

You might want to check with UD to see if it's safe to update for your system. Also, be sure that UD Mobile is updated. I think there was also an issue trying to sync UD Mobile while local (on iOS) that the work around is to connect via cell or non-home wifi (ie be remote of the eisy). Let us know what comes from the UD support ticket to help resolve this.

The odd thing (as my final post in that thread indicates) is that I'm running 6.0.5 in both a Polisy and a eisy, each with ZMatter dongles, and zigbee is working fine. Yet rolling back to 6.0.4 fixed the original poster's issue. We might never know what that was about.
