Inside poly got no matter what I do uninstalling reinstalling and adding information and subtracting it lately over the last month. I've been getting this error.......Notification Notices:
Profile rebuilt, restart admin console

I don't think it's an error. It's just telling you to restart your admin console after having made your changes, which is desirable and normal.

That’s good to know, but I have restarted it multiple times powered down the whole system. Restarted it reinstalled the plug-in. Everything it still shows this.

I'm seeing this same issue on my system. I haven't made any changes in PG3x, and I've restarted the eisy and Admin Console multiple times. I don't think this has anything to do with restarting after making changes.

I see the same thing on my system. I don't recall making any changes for quite some time.
