After I updated IoX to 6.2.1 Vue will not start correctly. The error is below. I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it, but the error remains.

Update:

I just saw another thread regarding the Boto3 file. I had to reflash my eisy prior to doing the upgrade. I just installed the dev packages from the AC but the error is still there.

It's working fine on my eisy, but I'm on the staging branch so have more updates on mine than on the production or beta branches.

I do see in release notes that UDI has been adding python packages so it may be that the current production branch doesn't have that package yet.

I actually have 2 eisy's running and I compared the configurations of the machines. See attached. The Pelham machine has the Vue that will not run. It runs fine on the Clermont machine. I queried the Clermont machine (works)and couldn't find any indication that boto3 is installed or running.

May be an installation problem. Can you download the log package for the one that's not working and PM it to me?

Final update and solution!

I opened a ticket with UD. The boto3 file is included in the dev package but some of the items in that package must be compiled before use. Just downloading the dev packages was not enough. To get the needed file to be compiled I had to delete the plugin and reinstall it.

I had to reflash my eisy because the IoX upgrade failed, then restore from backup. That's how i ended up with the plugin installed but no development packages

I am seeing the same issue - I migrated to the new eisy.ui and after that it failed. I did try reinstall, but it does not see to clear memory - My credential remain after I reinstall in same slot
