Saturday at 01:22 PM4 days I clicked on a device in eisy ui and this error popped up. What is going on?Unexpected Application Error!Failed to fetch dynamically imported module: https://eisy.local/assets/GroupMembership-BWWXJYYY.jsTypeError: Failed to fetch dynamically imported module: https://eisy.local/assets/GroupMembership-BWWXJYYY.js💿 Hey developer 👋You can provide a way better UX than this when your app throws errors by providing your own ErrorBoundary or errorElement prop on your route.
Saturday at 04:11 PM4 days I have a nonstandard (decade old) node server and I got the same message after an upgrade. either just reaccessing the same page or rebooting eisy (I don't remember which) made the error go away. I didn't regard it as bizarre.
Saturday at 04:26 PM4 days Author The "hey developer" part got me thinking about a hacker. I didn't write that it, was part of the error message. I rebooted and it is gone. Thanks for the reply.
Sunday at 12:55 PM3 days This error "Failed to fetch dynamically imported module:" means that the UI is not in sync with the server. This can happen after an upgrade. The browser has the older UI loaded, and it is trying to import a module, but the newer eisy-ui server can only serve the modules for the newer UI.TL;DR Try a page refresh, or hard refresh (Ctrl-Shift-R in Chrome)
Sunday at 03:36 PM3 days Agree try the refresh, then the hard refresh, then wipe browser memory for that page. Sometimes a logout and login, close and open browser, finally an eisy restart. Have had final success at each step in certain situations of this in the last few months of dynamic profiles learning as I implement it with my users.
