Wednesday at 03:49 PM4 days Is there a way to have ISY save the new backup directly to a file folder that exists on my hard drive? All I seem to do is download it and then have to manually save it by moving it from my downloads to that file folder. I also noted that the backup from the new AC is labeled pg3-backup, where the old AC is IoX-Backup. Is there a difference? Edited Wednesday at 03:58 PM4 days by aLf

Yes, I do this all the time for all files I download. It sounds like you might not have "ask where to save downloaded files" turned on in your browser settings. In my case, I don't use the downloaded file folder at all. Everything I download gets saved right in to a folder of my choosing.

Thursday at 02:29 PM3 days Author I'll adjust the download settings, thanks. Is there a difference in these files per my question above? Is this simply a change in the format due to the new AC? I did a download of the backup yesterday and they indeed do have different names.
Thursday at 03:11 PM3 days Someone from UDI would need to answer that. But my impression is that they are all inclusive backups now covering all parts fo the system where-as in the past we had to do it in several steps to get it all.The only one I am not sure about is whether or not the old PGX3 Dashboard / backup is included. The names of my backups are: eisy-backup-2026-10-22 09.49.32.zipAnd here is the "output" verification of the complete backup:
Thursday at 04:42 PM3 days Author This is what I'm getting:pg3-backup-10-21-2026_104918_AM.tgz.tgz rather than .zipHow do you see the "output" nomenclature?
