If I have an Isy99 do I need to buy the 7 day programmable thermostat? I want 7 day capability so I was wanting to know for sure. Someone said someplace that the cheaper one is all you need if you have an isy.

How complicated is it to program with the isy? Thanks.

If you are going to have ISY run the programs for your thermostat, then the one day would be enough.

 

If you would like to have your thermostat run the programs itself, then you must get the 7 day.

I have programmed the isy for a lot of things but not anything very big.

What extra things will the isy give me instead of just programming through the thermostat?

With ISY you can add other non-time related conditions to your programs such as occupancy, etc.
