"Enabled" checkbox for folders

Making the "Enabled" checkbox available for folders (as well as for programs) would be convenient. One could then easily prevent a group of programs (under development, say) from running. I sometimes use the program status bit for runtime control or efficiency; if I were to use it also as the means of temporarily inhibiting execution I'd have to remember to restore its setting when enabling the program group.

 

At present I temporarily disable a folder by adding a condition that specifies To and From dates that have passed. The checkbox would just be simpler and clearer.

I agree, that would be useful. Just make sure it defaults to Enabled when a folder is first created.

I also agree ... we should have this as a requirement.

 

In the meantime, you can disable folders by having On Never condition (Click on Schedule and then uncheck daily and days).
