Hi Everyone,

 

I'm getting the above mentioned error when adding a controller to a scene.

 

8-button keypadlinc

 

Creating an all-off scene on button H.

 

Added buttons B through G as responders. When I try to add H as controller, it starts writing, and then gives me the error:

Adding device to scene incomplete (family keypad-H) [-200000/-20]

 

I've deleted the scene, and tried again, but still the same error. All other scenes on the other keypad buttons are working correctly.

This error occurs when ISY cannot communicate with the device. I recommend removing the KPL from ISY, doing a factory reset on it, and then add it back. If that does not help the situation then the problem is either a defective switch or signal related.
