email notifications not consistent with IOLinc 2450

using ISY99i V2.7.15, I have a program that sends an email notification if there is a sensor off event and I have another program that sends an email notification if there is a sensor on event. When I close/open the sensor input of the IOLinc, the ISY99 event viewer always shows all changes of state and the programs indicate that they were run, but I don't get all email notifications. Are there any known issues with email notifications or am I doing something wrong?

I upgraded to 2.8.16 adn it is better.

 

Previously, I had missing notifications and out of order emails on events that were in quick succesion. That problem is gone now.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
