I have lost the ability to run the administrative console using any Mac or Windows7 browser. On Mac OS 10.6 the Java console gives the following message:

 

 

load: class com.universaldevices.client.ui.UDClientApplet.class not found.

When I'm local, there's no problem at all.

 

What do I do here. Sorry if this has been addressed endlessly--- I can't find the answer in the forums.

Hello Richard,

 

In most cases, probably the IP address of your ISP has changed. If you have set up remote access using File | Enable Internet Access, then please use File | Disable Internet Access and then enable it again.

 

It's always best to use a combination of static IP address and Dynamic DNS so that changes in IP would not affect you:
