kvolger Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 I'm trying to log on to the ISY-99 at my customer's place. My laptop is connected to the router via Cat5 cable and I can go the UD site and click on the link under the support tab. The screen "My ISY" comes up, Java is installed and the next screen is blue without data and I'm not asked for user id/password. The ISY-99 is approximately 200' away from the router, and the Cat5 cable checks out OK. If I bring the ISY close to the router, I can get into "My ISY" after multiple tries. Any help is really appreciated Karl
