I was on the ISY administrative control page. I am trying to connect Mobilelinc over 3g. Change settings on the Admin control page, and hit save. Closed the program, and the My Lighting simple was gone!!! What did I do? Can anyone help?

If you changed the IP/Port settings, AND IF AND ONLY IF you have a good backup, the best thing to do is to factory reset your ISY, Restore from your backup, and make sure you say NO when asked whether or not you want to keep the current settings.

 

I suspect that you have either set an incorrect IP or port.

I have not backed up yet, haven't had the system that long. Still no excuse for not backing up. How ever lights are still working and coming on as they allway have. I just cant access anything!

Try the following but there's no guarantee that this is going to work:

1. Take the SD Card out of the unit

2. Factory reset your ISY (press and hold the reset button for at least 30 seconds)

Ok, I tried pulling the sd card and reseting. All I get is 3 blue lights and a flashing red error light. Also tried leaving the sd card in and reseting still only get 3 blue lights and flashing red error light. Also have upluged the unit and plm. nothing????
