I just installed a new Belkin N600DB router, and although the ISY 99i is connected via ethernet cable to the router, I am unable to access the 99i by either:

 

the IP address 192.168.1.150/admin

http://isy

http://www.universal-devices.com/99i gives me a blank ISY admin console with no login screen

 

I have not changed any of the default settings on the router because frankly, I would not know which ones to change - WPA enabled. No computer settings were changed, and I rebooted ISY. (never have seen a My Lighting icon on my Win7 computer, BTW)

 

The ISY was working flawlessly before the old router crapped out yesterday. It has the most recent update.

 

All other wireless connections to other devices are working.

 

I could not find a Belkin router topic in the forum that seemed to help.

 

I hate computers ..

Try this

 

Go to start- search

 

Type cmd then hit enter

 

Type ping 192.168.1.150

 

What is the response?
