I hope that support for the New FanLinc #2475F is coming soon. I want to get at least one of these and maybe a total of three soon.

Thanks,

I too am eagerly anticipating an ISY-99i firmware release that supports the new FanLinc 2475F. I just received my first unit today for evaluation, and had to resort to manual linking to try it out. I also test-drove it using HouseLinc II for link setup (much easier than manual linking). My purpose in test driving the FanLinc is to determine if I can recommend it to my customers. Several of my clients for whom I've installed INSTEON-based systems (with ISY-99i) have expressed significant desire for fan speed control within ISY-managed scenes. By extension, this also includes remote access via MobiLinc or similar mobile application.

Thanks,

Just installed mine this weekend. Install went great and the unit works well. You could hear the relays clicking as you switched speeds on my previous remote (the rf remote control receiver that came with the fan). This unit is silent when switching modes. Very cool. I left the light wire unconnected as the fan light was already hardwired to a keypadlinc dimmer. I hope that once supported we can use a single key to cycle the fan modes. Right now I am using three buttons on my remote linc to control low/med/high... Quite the real estate hog.

The fan speed is established by the Responder On Level for each of the different KeypadLinc buttons. Will be possible to do it with a single button but the button will have to drive a Program which cycles through the different On Levels. There is a chart on page 9 of the FanLinc User Guide that shows the On Level versus fan speed.

All the Smarthome documentation is Scene based because that is all that can be done device to device. Not sure if Insteon Direct commands to the Fan node with different On Level % will have the same affect.

Wanted to tack this on to the existing Fanlinc support topic:

Is it possible to get support for turning the Fanlinc LEDs Off if not already planned. I understand this is supported by the Fanlinc through other controllers and would love to be able to do it via the ISY
