are there any windows applications that are compatible with the isy? something like home mobilinc is for ipad?

Wow, come to think of it, I don't think there is. The admin console is the only local running app that I am aware of.

 

Touchswitch runs through a webbrowser. So, kind of a windows user interface "app", but not really.

that kind of sucks. i just went and bout a touch all in one pc for my kitchen. i thought for sure there would be a windows program. i dont really want to use a web browser as it doesnt look as flashy as a program.

There's Orchestrator Dashboard which you might want to give a try:

This requires Java but it's more of a user interface than Admin Interface (unlike the Admin Console).
